Board and executive advising
Bea Boccalandro enjoys advising corporate boards, CEOs and other senior executives on how to job purpose or otherwise incorporate social good into corporate operations. She has had the privilege of guiding leadership at Caesars Entertainment, Erie Insurance, QVC and other companies in developing their social good strategy.

VeraWorks helps companies design and measure the business and social impact of their job purposing or other social good efforts – including their corporate community involvement, employee volunteering, cause marketing and grant making. Although VeraWorks consulting teams are custom assembled to best serve the client, Bea leads and plays a key role in all engagements in order to personally ensure their success.
Bea has led efforts to help Aetna, Allstate, Bank of America, FedEx, HP, IBM, Levi Strauss & Co., PwC, The Walt Disney Company and many other companies develop and measure their job purposing and other social good efforts. See full list of clients.

Bea has a history of teaching at Georgetown University, and other academic settings – but don’t hold that against her! She is, nevertheless, a popular and engaging speaker. She often keynotes at conferences and presents at company gatherings and events across the globe. Having grown up in Venezuela, Bea speaks fluent Spanish and is always happy to support events in Latin America promoting corporate involvement in societal causes. See video clip and testimonials.
